How can I check the status of my order?
We will notify you the expected delivery date after pickup by the carrier by snding you an e-mail to the adress address indicated during the purchase.
The order status can be viewed after logging in to the website and logging into your account.
Can I change shipping address after placing the order?
The modification of an order cannot be carried out independently and is only possible in some cases, depending on the status of the order.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel one or more products of your order by contacting us via email / telephone.
Attention: we can no longer cancel the order of the products once they have been shipped. In this case, you can always take advantage of the right of withdrawal and return the products to us once they are delivered.

How does the delivery of the purchased products take place?
Delivery is made by SDA courier. All shipments are insured. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the package:

Free shipping on orders over € 100.
For the goods in stock we can ship within 3 working days from the order and the delivery should take place within 3-7 working days following the dispatch. All our shipments are insured in case of damage during transport, and the recipient is required to collect the material by signing the courier’s receipt with RESERVE. Otherwise, Uniquehome is deemed to be entirely exempt from any claims for compensation and / or replacement of damaged goods.
In the event that, by opening the package, you find damaged material, please send us detailed photographs of the external and internal package, the packaging and finally the damaged products by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or our whatsup + 39 335 7898928 to open the insurance compensation claim.
It will therefore be our care to have a new parcel delivered to you as a replacement.

How can I return an order?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund and return it.
You have 15 working days, starting from the receipt of your package, to inform us of your intention to send back one or more products and to send back your package.
The costs and risks associated with the return are your responsibility. Therefore it is in your best interest to keep all the proofs of the return. We advise you to send the items with a shipment of the recommended type or by any other means that allows you to have proof of reshipment. These shipping receipts must contain the following information: address of the recipient, date of shipment and number of the package.

How is the refund made following a return?
We refund within a maximum period of 72 working hours starting from the date the package is received. A refund confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
We carry out a refund according to the payment method used for the registration of your order.
Depending on the payment method, the timing for crediting the amount may be different:
– Credit / debit card: your bank can take up to 30 days to repay the amount. You can request the extract of your card transactions to view the credit. You will need to contact your bank to find out the exact date on which the credit will be available
