REMEMBER THAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY: IF YOU HAVE NOT AN ACCOUNT YOU CAN PAY BY ENTERING YOUR DATA AND CREDIT CARD DATA WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The shop uses priority mail and / or express courier for most orders.
For the products in stock we will dispatch within 3 working days from the order and the delivery should take place within 3-7 working days following the dispatch.
The status of the order can be viewed after logging in to the website and logging in to your account.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 4 (Legislative Decree 15 January 1992, No. 50) must notify UNIQUE HOME with a registered letter with return receipt within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned perfectly intact and at the expense of the consumer within the following 7 (seven) days. UNIQUE HOME will reimburse the consumer within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
RETURN A PURCHASE
You can return the ordered products within 15 days of receiving it and you will be reimbursed for the full amount of the order (without shipping costs) exclusively on these conditions: the products must be exactly as they were sent, with the packaging intact.
To do this follow these simple steps:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the goods you wish to return
2. We will send your email the RETURN NUMBER
3. Write the return number you received In a piece of paper, indicating if you want to replace the products or if you want to be reimbursed and put it in the package
4. Pack so that the goods are safe and cannot be damaged
5. Send the goods
Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, with intact packaging and with all accessories.

In case we have already sent the goods to you, you will have to follow the return procedure described above.
Upon receipt of the products you sent us and processed the request, we will notify you of the reimbursement by e-mail.
In the event that the return of the products is due to our mistake we will refund the amount of the order including the shipping costs.
